We like to make you feel at home

From our experience with our Bed and Breakfast Finca Gordo, we think we know what guests like. We have applied this experience in our Loft2stay and hope that you will feel at home there. As much as possible has been thought of, which ensures that you can completely relax and enjoy the fantastic city of Málaga. Our apartment has been ready since May 2023. It is then completely stripped and rebuilt with a new kitchen, bathrooms and open living room. What is unique about our apartment is that no cars are allowed to drive through the street and there is no nightlife, so it is very quiet and a night's sleep is guaranteed. After a good night's sleep, you can fully enjoy the beautiful city of Malaga and its surroundings. Of course, before you go into town, you can first have a delicious breakfast on your own terrace. If you book 1 or 2 bedrooms, you will always be the only guest in the apartment, make no mistake about that. If you book 1 bedroom, the top bedroom is closed.

What do you get?

Sunny private terrace
A lovely sunny terrace with a table and chairs so you can have breakfast in the early morning sun, or enjoy refreshments or a glass of wine in the evening. What is special is that it is located a bit higher, so you have no insight and your view is of the new Urban sky of Málaga. The terrace can always be used, even if you only rent 1 bedroom.

Two bedrooms
A bedroom on the living floor and a bedroom on the upper floor and the terrace. The upper bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), which can be split if necessary. The beds have a pocket spring mattress, the guests of our B&B always give positive feedback about the beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and shutters so you can make it nice and dark. We sleep with windows open and have never been bothered by noise. By default, you book the room on the living floor and you have the option to book the second bedroom. You can always use the terrace!

Two bathrooms
Each room has its own fully equipped bathroom, with a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Of course you don't have to bring your own hairdryer, and we will provide bath towels. The bath towels are not for the beach, we have special beach towels for that.

Living room
An attractively furnished living room with a comfortable leather sofa, armchair and Smart TV . A round dining table with 4 dining room chairs and a trendy lamp. There are sufficient sockets near the dining table, making it very suitable as a workplace with sufficient daylight. Everything completely new and very comfortable.

Fully equipped open kitchen
Near the dining area is the kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, combination oven/microwave, large refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hand blender, citrus juicer, frying pan, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and cups, etc.

The laundry
Our apartment is equipped with a washing machine, so you can do your own laundry. Ironing board, iron and clothesline.

WiFi
There is fast WiFi throughout the apartment, you will receive a login code upon arrival. The apartment is ideal for working online, which also includes WIFI.

Building
Loft2Stay is located in a relatively new (2006) apartment complex with a total of 9 homes, your accommodation is on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator. Upon entering the loft you enter an open hall adjacent to the living room. You can also go up the stairs to the second bedroom and the terrace.

Transfer from the airport
It is easy to get from the airport to our apartment by train and there are plenty of taxis. Would you like us to arrange something? Tell us.

Private parking space
We have a closed private parking space 1 minute walk from our apartment, suitable for a small car. This place can be rented for a small amount. We ourselves have a Mitshibutshi Outlander and it fits into a parking space, but we admit it is not spacious.

You can also park on public roads, after searching for a while there is always parking space available, there is almost always room here and it is only a 3-minute walk away .

But if you stay alone in Málaga, do not rent a car, everything is within walking distance or can be reached by bus. If you still want to explore the area, the apartment is only a 7-minute drive from the highway so you can discover the rest of Andalusia. But also consider booking into our BB Finca Gordo

Beach
Málaga beach is a ten-minute bike ride or a 20-minute walk away. Because we know that most guests come with a small suitcase, lovely large beach towels are available in the apartment as a courtesy from April to November.

Misuse
Málaga is quite big and if you want to visit the suburbs such as El Palo, rent a bicycle. They are available in all sizes and types in our area, which is very convenient and if there is a problem, the rental company will provide a solution. www.Bajabikes.eu and www.Biketoursmalaga.com

Air conditioning
The apartment has 3 air conditioning units, the house/kitchen/dining room and both bedrooms. In summer to cool, and in winter to heat. If the windows are open, the air conditioning switches off, so we think about the environment.

Smart TV
If you have a phone or other device that can stream, you can cast your favorite program and movie on the smart TV. Please note, our smart TV has a Spanish IP address, some Netflix films cannot be seen in Spain.

Further
Hotel safe for passports and other valuables, actually unnecessary but gives an even safer feeling. Do you want something different? Then play a game, there are a few of those available too. There is a carbon monoxide detector.

Just this (rules)
Our neighbors are Spanish and do not speak any other language, we have good contact with our neighbors and would like to keep it that way, they are friendly people and have our telephone number if something unpleasant should happen. We kindly request that you do not cause any nuisance by:

Make noise in the hallway or on the terrace between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and of course do not make excessive noise in your own apartment.

Do not slam doors but close them quietly.

Enjoy the party to the fullest. Parties are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but it is allowed on the terrace and please use an ashtray for your butts.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Do you have a night flight?
A surcharge of 25 euros applies for check-in after 10:30 PM. You pay this surcharge in cash upon arrival.
