The above house rules and conditions apply to tourist rentals through Loft2stay.com in Malaga and are intended to keep the accommodation clean, quiet and respectful for future guests and local residents. It is important to respect these rules to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.

Pets are not allowed on the property, to ensure the property remains clean and hygienic for future guests.

To create a peaceful environment, we ask that you remain quiet during certain hours of the day (between 11pm and 8am) and not make unnecessary noise at other times.

Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation, to avoid odors and stains remaining on the furniture and walls, which may result in additional cleaning costs.

It is important to respect the neighbourhood and its residents by, for example, not making excessive noise, not throwing litter on the street and not damaging the property of others.

No parties or events can be organised at the property to ensure the property remains a quiet and peaceful place.

If these rules are not followed, the host may ask guests to leave the accommodation and additional charges may be applied.
