Cancellation conditions

We have a strict cancellation policy where cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date will not be accepted and the full booking amount will be charged. If you are able to find a replacement, there will be an administration fee of €100 that must be paid immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that the replacement pays you the amount as we do not provide refunds.

We will of course refund the deposit and cleaning costs.

If you cancel 30 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit will apply as a cancellation fee. If you can find a replacement, this person must immediately transfer the remaining amount to us. If this does not happen, the booking will be canceled completely. We will also refund the deposit and cleaning costs in this case.

If you decide to change or adjust the dates or the number of people, this can be done in consultation with Loft2Stay. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request. The total price remains the same if you reduce the number of days or the number of people, but an additional payment will be required if you increase the number of days or the number of people. Any changes to confirmed bookings will be subject to an administration fee of €25.

We advise you to always take out travel and cancellation insurance.
