We have a strict cancellation policy whereby cancellations within 30 days of arrival date will not be accepted and the full booking amount will be charged. Should you be able to find a replacement, an administration fee of €100 will apply and must be paid immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that the replacement pays you this amount as we do not provide refunds.
We will of course refund the deposit and cleaning costs.
If you cancel 30 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit will be considered a cancellation fee. If you can find a replacement, this person must immediately transfer the remaining amount to us. If this does not happen, the booking will be cancelled in full. In this case too, we will refund the deposit and cleaning costs.
If you decide to change or adjust the dates or the number of people, this can be done in consultation with Loft2Stay. However, we cannot guarantee that we can meet your request. The total price will remain the same if you reduce the number of days or the number of people, but an additional payment will be required if you increase the number of days or the number of people. For any changes to confirmed bookings, an administration fee of €25 will be charged.
We advise you to always take out travel and cancellation insurance.
