Pets are not allowed on the property to ensure the property remains clean and hygienic for future guests.

To create a peaceful environment, we ask that you remain quiet during certain hours of the day (between 11pm and 8am) and refrain from making unnecessary noise at other times.

Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation to prevent odors and stains from remaining on the furniture and walls, which may result in additional cleaning costs.

It is important to respect the neighborhood and its residents by, for example, not making excessive noise, not throwing litter on the street, and not damaging other people's property.

No parties or events can be organised at the property to ensure the property remains a quiet and peaceful place.

If these rules are not followed, the host may ask guests to leave the accommodation and additional costs may be charged.
