We have a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will not be accepted and you will be charged the full booking amount. If you are able to find a replacement, a €100 administration fee applies, payable immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure the replacement pays you this amount, as we do not issue refunds.
We will of course refund the deposit and cleaning costs.
If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival date, the deposit will be considered a cancellation fee. If you can find a replacement, they must immediately transfer the remaining balance to us. If they don't, the booking will be canceled in full. We will also refund the deposit and cleaning fee in this case.
If you decide to change or adjust the dates or number of people, you can do so in consultation with Loft2Stay. However, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request. The total price remains the same if you reduce the number of days or number of people, but an additional payment will be required if you increase the number of days or number of people. A €25 administration fee will be charged for any changes to confirmed bookings.
We advise you to always take out travel and cancellation insurance.
